A natural publican, Ben has worked across every aspect of hotel operations, from frontline service to venue development in a variety of ownership structures.
Ben is widely recognised for his particular strengths in bar operations, gaming performance, team leadership and venue culture.
He holds a Bachelor of Business and currently owns the freehold on a hotel in the Hunter Valley, NSW.

Michael has more than 25 years of experience across hotel operations in Australia and the UK, including work with international hotel groups.
Michael has deep expertise in food operations, venue design and operational efficiency, ensuring venues operate smoothly while delivering strong customer experiences.
Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking, Michael is highly skilled at improving operational systems and building strong hospitality teams.
Michael currently owns the freehold on a hotel in Newcastle, NSW.

Holly brings more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience, in all areas of hotels and is now positioned as General Manager with direct expertise in operational systems and processes, financial systems, marketing, communications, events and staffing.
Holly is particularly focused on ensuring venues deliver a well-run, engaging and personable guest experience while maintaining strong operational discipline.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and currently owns the freehold on a hotel in the Hunter Valley, NSW.
